Job summary

City Neonindo Indah Murni, PT. is Indonesia’s leading Exhibition, Interior & Promotion Design and Build company since 1983, certified for ISO 9001:2008 by SGS. We seek an Account Executive / Project Coordinator to drive sales development, coordinate with designers, and lead client engagements across large international projects.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, strong English, and proven ability to manage timelines and coordinate on-site teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience required in Account Executive, Client Service, or Project Coordinator roles.
• Direct experience in exhibition construction, booth build, or event production is mandatory.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Familiar with exhibition timelines, approvals, and on-site coordination.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients, designers, and technical teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Job description
