Job summary

You will translate design plans into physical realities, plan and oversee field work, coordinate with production and design teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Architecture background, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and strong communication and mobility to deploy to various venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Ability to read technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end field management of exhibition projects: plan, organize, execute, and control on-site operations.
• Ensure all project installations are carried out effectively, efficiently, and meet strict quality and time constraints.
• Read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp) to guide production and installation teams on-site.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and design departments to solve on-ground challenges quickly.
• Supervise the physical setup at exhibition venues, managing time, materials, and manpower during flexible installation hours.
• Maintain active and clear communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
