Role Description

The Executive Relationship Manager Funding is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding funding relationships with key individual and corporate clients to support the bank’s deposit and liability growth. Day-to-day activities include identifying new funding opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining regular contact with clients, and ensuring exceptional service quality. The Executive Relationship Manager Funding will monitor client portfolios, collaborate with internal teams to design suitable funding products, and ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal policies. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategies that enhance the bank’s funding base and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and client service abilities, including building long-term partnerships and handling high-value clients.
• Solid knowledge of banking products, funding instruments, and deposit services, preferably within the Indonesian financial market.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs, evaluating risks, and identifying funding opportunities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver client solutions.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in standard office software and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with banking systems is an advantage.
