Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong command of both English and Indonesian languages (written and spoken) is essential. Must possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in pursuing a career in hospitality human resources.
