Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries is seeking a Human Resources Trainee to gain hands-on experience in a luxury boutique hospitality setting. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development across our properties.

The role emphasizes organization, discreet handling of information, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn HR practices within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a related bachelor's degree.
• Strong command of English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and genuine interest in hospitality HR.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts and candidate screening.
• Assist with onboarding and new team member orientations.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Help organize and coordinate training programs across properties.
