Job summary

Pt. Sinergi Bangun Global is seeking an Import & Customs Operations Staff to support its logistics and import activities in Indonesia. The role requires hands-on experience in freight forwarding and strong knowledge of customs procedures and PIB reviews.

The successful candidate will coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely clearance, proper documentation, and compliant operations across import and export processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding or customs-related environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian import-export regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience reviewing PIB and other customs documents.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Review and verify import documentation, including PIB and supporting customs documents.
• Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and customs-related parties to ensure efficient customs clearance.
• Monitor import and export shipments and ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
• Liaise with warehouses regarding goods receiving, inventory coordination, and deliveries to customers.
• Ensure all import and export documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues related to logistics and customs clearance.
• Communicate with internal departments and external service providers to support supply chain activities.
• Maintain proper records and reports related to import, export, and customs operations.
