Job summary

Bumbu Bunda is looking for an Event, Partnership & Community Supervisor to oversee company events, partnerships, and community initiatives in Surabaya. You will build networks with brands, media, and communities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive engagement strategies to expand brand presence.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of related experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in events, partnerships, community management, brand activation, or marketing.
• Strong network with communities, media partners, vendors, and potential business partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute company events from concept development, budgeting, timeline management, vendor coordination, to post-event evaluation.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, brands, communities, media, and other external stakeholders to support campaign objectives.
• Develop community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and audience participation.
