Job summary

United Creative is seeking an Event Operations Lead to oversee all operational aspects of events from planning to execution. You will serve as the key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management/Events and 4–5 years of experience in event operations, with strong budgeting and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Management, Communications, Event Management, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in event operations, event management, or production management.
  • Proven experience in leading operational teams and managing vendors.
  • Strong budgeting and cost control skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver, and able to make quick decisions on-site.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (nights/weekends/public holidays) depending on event needs.
  • Established vendor network (logistics, transportation, decoration, technical support) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end event operations.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and deliver accountability reports.
  • Ensure all technical and non-technical requirements are fulfilled (venue, permits, logistics, transportation, accommodation, catering, security, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and SOPs.
  • Conduct site surveys and ensure safety, comfort, and readiness of facilities.
  • Oversee smooth execution of events according to concept and company standards.
  • Prepare post-event reports including evaluation, cost analysis, and improvement recommendations.
