Job summary

PT Berkat Artisan Indonesia seeks an experienced events and brand activation lead in Tangerang to plan and execute premium events, launches, and private gatherings.

You will cultivate relationships with luxury media, KOLs, influencers, and strategic partners while identifying opportunities for brand exposure and collaborations. The role requires managing concepts, guest lists, vendors, and budgets, with on-site execution and post-event evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event, brand activation, PR, or marketing.
• Experience with luxury/premium brands or high-end media is highly preferred.
• Existing relationships with luxury media or premium outlets is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and well-connected.
• Good command of English.
