Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; relevant fields preferred.
• 4–5 years in event operations, management, or production management.
• Proven leadership in operating teams and managing vendors.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end event operations.
• Prepare and manage event budgets and deliver accountability reports.
• Ensure all venue, permits, logistics, transportation, accommodation, catering, security.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for timely delivery.
• Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and SOPs.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure safety and readiness of facilities.
• Oversee execution of events according to concept and standards.
• Prepare post-event reports including evaluation and cost analysis.
