Fairmont Jakarta is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our warm, professional team. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and coordinate with various departments to ensure flawless stays in Jakarta.

We value excellent communication, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle fast-paced shifts with confidentiality and discretion. Opera Cloud familiarity is a plus, and growth within Accor is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Familiar with Opera Cloud System would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach in line with Fairmont service standards.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Process payments, verify methods of payment, and ensure accuracy in daily cashier reports.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Jakarta.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring effective solutions and guest satisfaction.
• Manage room reservations, including modifications and cancellations
• Protect guest confidentiality and adhere to Accor’s privacy and security standards.
