PT. Harmoni Target Indonesia is seeking an experienced EV Motorcycle Dealership Area Manager to lead dealership operations in Jakarta Raya. This full-time role requires overseeing multiple locations, driving sales growth, and building a top-tier EV motorcycle retailer across the region.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with head office to translate market insights into action.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in dealership management or automotive sales
• Experience managing multiple locations
• Knowledge of EV or sustainable transport advantageous
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient with dealership management software

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dealership locations
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
• Recruit, train, mentor and manage dealership staff
• Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
• Manage budgets and optimise profitability while maintaining service quality
• Liaise with regional/head office for market insights
• Implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Oversee vehicle inventory management and stock rotation
• Handle customer complaints to maintain brand reputation
