Job summary

PT Yadea Manufaktur Kendaraan Listrik is seeking a Sales Supervisor based in Magelang, Central Java. You will supervise dealer sales performance across Magelang, Salatiga, Semarang, Wonosobo and nearby districts, and plan strategies to hit monthly and yearly targets.

You will visit dealers for training, support, and evaluations, and report progress to the Regional Manager. Willingness to travel across Magelang and surrounding cities is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, motorbike, electronics, or smartphone industry.
• Proven experience in supervising sales teams or managing dealer networks.
• Strong understanding of the automotive retail or distribution landscape in Magelang.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and product launches within the assigned area.

Support the opening of new dealers or branches in Magelang and the surrounding area when needed, including initial coordination, site surveys, and operational readiness.

Prepare and present reports on sales progress, dealer performance, and market conditions to the Regional Manager and Head Office.

Maintain strong collaboration with dealer sales teams, field sales teams, and marketing teams.

Provide coaching, motivation, and capability development for the dealer network.

Willing to conduct business trips to other cities across Magelang as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).

At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, motorbike, electronics, or smartphone industry.

Proven experience in supervising sales teams or managing dealer networks.

Strong understanding of the automotive retail or distribution landscape in Magelang

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Willing to travel extensively within Magelang (holding a valid SIM A is preferred).

Proficient in reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.

Willing to be based in Magelang (Central Java).
