Job summary

PT Yadea Manufaktur Kendaraan Listrik seeks an Area Sales Supervisor to oversee dealer performance across Malang, Blitar, and Pasuruan, driving sales targets through strategic coaching and market initiatives. Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of sales experience and 1 year in Supervisor level, preferably in automotive industry.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
• Experienced in handling dealer networks, achieving sales targets, and understanding East Java (Malang, Blitar, Pasuruan) market areas.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel frequently across assigned areas.
