Job summary

PT Intellinex New Energy Mobility Indonesia seeks a Sales Manager/Supervisor in Jakarta to lead a premium automotive sales team and drive targets. You will shape strategies, coach staff, and align marketing with sales initiatives for a regional luxury brand portfolio.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive sales leadership, fluency in English, and strong CRM/ Excel skills, with preference for experience in premium brands and EV lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/ Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager/Supervisor in the automotive industry with exposure to premium or luxury brands, Especially in Jakarta Area
• MUST have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience building a sales team from scratch is a significant plus
• Understanding Mechanism of Competitor Brands (Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, etc.)
• Understanding Indonesian consumer behavior, including car financing (KPM/leasing)
• Must be fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Excel and CRM/DMS systems
• Have an Experience in Social media Operation is a Plus
• Have an Experience with China Brands EV (Geely, Chery, Jetour) is a plus

• Developing monthly and quarterly sales plans according to brand targets
• Defining and executing showroom sales SOP
• Managing the Dealer Management System (DMS) & sales pipeline, including sales performance and strategic planning to achieve targets
• Monitoring inventory and coordinating with logistics
• Leading daily briefings & coaching sessions for the sales team
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with the marketing team for effective promotional programs

PT Intellinex New Energy Mobility Indonesia is the company belongs to the Hong Kong-based Smart Connected New Energy Platform, dedicated to building a Channel System and Operational capabilities for High-End Chinese New Energy Vehicle Brands Overseas. Currently, we are prepared to launching the ZEEKR Brand in Indonesia, aiming to create a leading channel platform in the High-End EV Market.
