Job summary

StarCharge APAC is seeking a solution engineer to collaborate with Sales and Business Development, delivering technical consulting, presentations, and proven solutions throughout client projects. You will translate customer needs into clear specifications, work with Product Managers and R&D for implementation, and provide training to internal teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years in solution engineering or pre-sales, strong communication,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/CS/Telecom or related engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead technical communications with clients, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, system architecture design, and technical Q&A.
Translate customer requirements into clear functional specifications and work closely with Product Managers and R&D teams for solution implementation.
Provide technical training and enablement to internal Sales, Project Managers, and partner teams.
Monitor market and technology trends, collect customer feedback, and support continuous product and solution optimization.
Support pre-sales, pilot projects, and post-sales technical activities as required.
