Job summary

PT Comcore Teknologi Indonesia seeks a Product Manager for EV Charger solutions to bridge market needs, customer requirements, and product innovation to win in Indonesia. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for EV charging products, collaborate with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Delivery, and Marketing, and support pricing and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years in product management or technical marketing, is fluent in English, and understands AC/DC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Power, Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Telecommunications, Automation or related disciplines.
• 4-5 years in product management or technical marketing/sales engineering; EV Charger Solutions experience.
• Familiar with overseas market operation models and strong product thinking.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Experience with EV Charger manufacturers, CPOs, EPCs, OEMs, or renewable energy teams.
• Fluent English for daily work.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Product Manager EV Charger who can bridge market needs, customer requirements, and product innovation and turn them into products that win in the market.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for EV Charger products in the Indonesian market

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and product improvements

Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launch, customer adoption, and project execution

Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team, including product presentations, solution design, pricing strategy, and customer engagement

Monitor product performance, industry regulations, charging standards, and emerging EV technologies to continuously enhance product competitiveness

About you

Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Power, Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Telecommunications, Automation or related disciplines

Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in product management or technical marketing/sales engineer; experience in EV Charger Solutions

Familiar with overseas market operation models, with solid product strategic thinking and business acumen

Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, proven ability to deliver complex projects

Experience working with EV Charger manufacturers, charging network operators (CPO), EPC companies, automotive OEMs, or renewable energy companies

Fluent English for daily working purposes

Strong understanding of EV charging technologies (AC/DC Chargers), charging protocols, charging infrastructure, and the EV ecosystem

Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and product planning to commercialization
