Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- At least 2 years experience in related field; fresh graduates with outstanding performance are welcome
- Experience in EV Charging Business is preferred
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Strong computer skills capability in particular Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate critical thinking skill, positive attitude, analytical, and leadership skill
- Willing to do business trips
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV Charger products: AC Charger, DC Fast Charger, and Charging Management System
- Provide pre-sales electrical site surveys and application engineering to prospective clients
- Make an installation drawing of the EV Charger according to the survey results
- Make plans for EV Charger installation, from material requirements to estimating material prices
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance for installed EV Chargers based on schedule
- Handle service requests and support resolving technical problems
- On-site installation and testing of EV Charger stations
- Occasional on-site support for complex technical issues
- Maintain and grow relationship with clients
- Collect data related to technical data and stock of EV Charger goods
