Job summary

PT Comcore Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the growth of our EV Charging business within the mining sector. You will develop strategic relationships with mining companies, EPCs, and other key stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end sales process for EV charging solutions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of B2B sales experience in mining or energy, with a proven track record selling technical EV/Infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the mining, energy, electrical, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in selling EV Charging Solutions, DC Fast Charging, AC Charging, or EV infrastructure projects.
• Existing network with mining companies, heavy equipment OEMs, fleet operators, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial customers.
• Strong understanding and network within the mining ecosystem and proven experience handling B2B / project-based sales.
• Proven experience selling technical or product solutions, preferably EV Chargers, EV Truck, renewable energy solutions, heavy equipment, or industrial automation.
• Able to manage the sales process from lead generation, solution proposal, negotiation, tender, through closing.
• Knowledge of Indonesia's EV ecosystem, government regulations, and energy transition initiatives related to mining and industry.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
