Job summary

Datacenter People, on behalf of a leading provider of flexible cooling solutions for data centers, is seeking a European business development professional to drive growth in the data center market across Europe.

You will identify opportunities across hyperscale, colocation and enterprise sectors, build relationships with General Contractors, operators, consultants and M&E contractors, and promote cooling, heating and air handling solutions to critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven data centre industry experience and network.
• Track record in business development, sales or commercial roles.
• Experience selling solutions/services, not just products.
• Understanding of data centre construction and commissioning lifecycle.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English required.
• Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a European business development strategy for the data center market.
• Identify and secure opportunities across hyperscale, colocation and enterprise data centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, operators, consultants, M&E contractors and commissioning specialists.
• Increase awareness of CoolWorld's emergency and temporary cooling solutions across Europe.
• Engage decision-makers early in the construction process to influence specifications and project opportunities.
• Promote CoolWorld's cooling, heating and air handling solutions for critical infrastructure applications.
• Work closely with internal commercial, operational and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Represent CoolWorld at industry events, conferences and networking activities.
• Share market intelligence and support the long-term development of the data center business segment.
