Job summary

Datacenter People partners with a French architectural and engineering design consultancy to deliver mission-critical data center projects. You will define and maintain HV/MV/LV electrical system requirements, lead technical evaluations, and coordinate with EPCM teams to ensure resilience, redundancy and operational readiness across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering mission-critical, energy, industrial, infrastructure, or hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of HV/MV/LV electrical systems and protection studies.
• Experience within complex, multi-package EPCM delivery environments.
• Professional proficiency in English; French language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain technical requirements for HV, MV, LV systems, substations and switchgear.
• Lead electrical coordination with mechanical, architectural, controls, utility and construction teams.
• Challenge and validate engineering deliverables across project phases and ensure maturity at milestones.
• Support owner requirements, design standards, and governance frameworks.
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and risk mitigation activities.
• Ensure uptime, redundancy and service continuity objectives are met.
