Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a qualified Ethics & Integrity professional to uphold policies on conflict of interest, anti-fraud, and confidentiality in Jakarta. You will promote awareness, identify risks, and apply policies to cases across regions.

You will manage whistleblower channels, monitor suspicious activity, and support investigations while coordinating with HR and regional teams to ensure policy alignment with local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in People Policy / Industrial Relation / Employee Relation / Compliance.
• Knowledge of local Indonesia labor law and government policies.
• Strong reasoning, communication, and investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Ethics & Integrity policies covering conflict of interest, anti-fraud, anti-corruption and confidentiality.
• Promote ethics awareness through training, e-learning, and internal communications.
• Identify risks and control gaps across policies, processes, systems, and data access.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and apply policies to cases.
• Liaise with regional teams to localize and implement policies per local laws.
• Manage whistleblower reports across channels; assign responsible persons and track progress.
• Monitor suspicious data and access behavior; enforce incident handling and sanctions.
• Conduct or support investigations into conflicts and policy violations; propose actions.
• Assess conflict-of-interest declarations; provide implications and HRBP confirmation.
• Manage Gift & Entertainment declarations and stock; maintain secure storage.
• Prepare monthly management reports on Ethics & Integrity cases and trends.
• Support regional requests, policy updates, and internal communications projects.

• Promote ethics awareness through stakeholder engagement, training, e-learning, and internal communications.

• Manage Gift & Entertainment declarations and stock: monitor decisions, issue employee confirmations, register and treat items, and maintain secure storage; count and analyze stock.
• Prepare monthly management reports on Ethics & Integrity cases and trends.
• Support regional Ethics & Integrity requests, including policy updates, internal communications, and other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in People Policy / Industrial Relation / Employee Relation / Compliance
• Knowledge of local Indonesia labor law and other related government policies
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Critical thinking, able to derive conclusions from information given
• Strong problem solving skills and investigation skills
