Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Data Governance & Risk Coordinator to develop and maintain governance policies, monitor data-related risks, and support incident response. You will manage trackers, prepare management reports, and coordinate certifications and audits to ensure compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field
• 1-2 years of working experience in data governance, risk management, compliance, and/or PMO
• Project experience involving data management, audit support, or project management is valued; in Logistics industry is a plus
• Basic understanding of data governance concepts or internal audit processes is advantageous
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple registers, trackers, and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Collaborative and quick to learn, able to take direction and adapt
• High integrity and professionalism with sensitive data and risk matters
• Experience in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
• Based in Indonesia

• Identify, assess, and monitor data-related risks and access controls, and support data incident response activities
• Manage centralized risk and assurance trackers, coordinate reviews with Corporate Risk and PICs, monitor progress and escalate overdue items
• Prepare management reports and validate progress of risk and assurance improvement initiatives
• Maintain and monitor company certifications and personnel credentials, coordinate certification and recertification activities, and support audits and reporting

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple registers, trackers, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong follow-through and persistence, comfortable in following up repeatedly & professionally with stakeholders across the organization
• Clear & structured communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, able to write concise status updates, meeting notes, and summaries
• Collaborative & willing to learn, open to guidance, able to take direction, and adapt quickly
• High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive data and risk matters
Experience in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (e.g. pivot table and formulas) and PowerPoint / Google Slides for reporting & dashboards
