Xendit is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a regional/global enterprise portfolio from Jakarta, focusing on cross-border e-commerce leaders, global SaaS platforms, and large financial institutions across Indonesia and APAC.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk leadership to architect growth and secure high-value partnerships.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B account management or strategic sales experience in financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a portfolio role.
• Experience managing revenue within large and complex enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with APAC markets and cross-border payment needs is essential.
• Professional proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred."

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic portfolio growth and revenue ownership for enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships; provide data-driven ROI insights.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to scope opportunities.
• Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and payment trends across APAC markets.
