Job summary

DHC Partners is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for APAC in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role leads growth across equipment sales and aftermarket services, building partnerships, and driving early engagement in major industrial projects.

You will drive new business, expand the regional footprint, and maintain strong client relationships with EPC/FEED firms and financial partners while coordinating with global teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Fluent English with strong presentation and communication skills.
Proven sales and/or project management experience in industrial environments.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Customer-focused with proactive and responsive attitude.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the business across APAC, covering equipment sales and aftermarket services.
Drive sales growth and expand the company’s footprint in the Asia Pacific region.
Identify and pursue new opportunities through direct and partner channels.
Develop relationships with EPC/FEED organizations and financial institutions to secure early involvement.
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility; coordinate with HQ on production schedules and delivery timelines.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and technical workshops.
