Job summary

Emeritus is seeking a Sales Senior Manager in Indonesia to develop and grow the enterprise portfolio as we scale across APAC. The role requires building corporate accounts across Indonesia and engaging CHROs, L&D and HR leaders to win multi-million deals.

You will leverage your eight-plus years in B2B sales, a deep network in HR and L&D, and familiarity with CRM tools to create a robust pipeline. Experience selling online executive education or blended learning is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate B2B sales or executive education sales.
• Proven ability to secure 1-2M+ USD/year in sales as an individual contributor.
• Strong approach to engaging CHROs, L&D and HR leaders at CXO level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Indonesia enterprise portfolio; expand in APAC.
• Build and manage corporate accounts across Indonesia.
• Position talent and leadership development conversations with CHROs and HR leaders.
• Develop winning proposals and close large deals with CXOs/CLOs/L&D heads.
