Job summary

ByteDance’s BytePlus team seeks a capable Solution Engineer to qualify enterprise leads and translate technology into business outcomes. You will lead demos and architecture sessions, coordinate with sales and technical teams, and drive RFP/POC processes to contracts. A trusted advisor across ByteDance B2B is essential.

You will collaborate with Solution, Product, Strategy, and R&D to influence regional roadmaps and scale technical POCs while presenting value to executive buyers.

Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor degree or higher.
• 3+ years in related work, preferably solution engineering, IT solution consultant or pre-sale.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with past projects.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads with Sales Teams and translate technologies into business solutions.
• Lead demos, presentations, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops.
• Own RFPs/RFIs/POCs and drive collaboration to convert POCs into contracts.
• Act as a trusted advisor with deep knowledge across ByteDance B2B technologies.
• Collaborate with Solution, Product, Strategy, and R&D to influence regional product roadmaps.
• Develop and improve tools and processes to scale technical POCs.
• Present to C-Suite and stakeholders to raise brand awareness and articulate value.
