Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Solution Specialist Lead to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions. You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, PM, and partners to design architectures and support customer engagements with technically sound and commercially competitive offerings.

Lead demonstrations, run POCs, and provide technical counsel through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT solution, pre-sales, or solutions architecture roles.
• Experience in customer-facing engagements and delivering technology solutions through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, PM, and partners on requirements.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures and implementation strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to recommend solutions.
• Develop proposals, architecture docs, and supporting materials for engagements.
• Lead product demos, POC sessions, and solution presentations.
• Provide technical consultation during customer meetings and proposals.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineering, vendors to ensure feasible, delivered solutions.
• Support API integration, data migration, and third-party connectivity.
