Job summary

BitHealth is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the design and development of enterprise AI solutions. You will lead AI/ML efforts, guide architecture, and align technical delivery with business goals across product, data, and engineering teams.

You will mentor engineers, assess AI technologies, and ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions in complex healthcare environments.

Qualifications

10+ years in software/data/AI engineering or related roles.
Experience delivering production AI/ML solutions in enterprise settings.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Design scalable and reliable AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Provide technical direction and guidance to AI/engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
Ensure good engineering practices, including code quality, testing, monitoring, security, and documentation.
Evaluate AI technologies, models, frameworks, and tools based on business and technical requirements.
Mentor engineers and support technical capability development within the team.
