Job summary

PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta is seeking an onsite Technical Support specialist to monitor and maintain WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems. You will troubleshoot network, hardware, and device issues and ensure services stay available and within SLA.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and solid knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts. Candidates should have SMK-level education (TKJ or related) and familiarity with CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, PIDS, and vehicle-tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMK, preferably TKJ, Electronics Eng, Telecommunications Eng, IT.
• 1–2 years of experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router.
• Knowledge/experience in CCTV systems (NVR/DVR, IP cameras) and in PIDS or other display systems.
• Knowledge/experience in GPS, tracking, or vehicle monitoring systems (Locotrack).
• Able to respond to incidents with timely technical support per SLA.

About you

Minimum education (SMK), preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems

Have basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router

Have knowledge and experience in handling WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting

Have knowledge and experience in CCTV systems, including camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP Camera, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting

Have knowledge and/or experience in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display and information systems

Have knowledge and/or experience in handling GPS, tracking, or vehicle monitoring systems, preferably related to Locotrack or locomotive/train tracking systems

Able to respond to incidents and provide timely technical support in accordance with the applicable SLA
