Job summary

Lintasarta seeks an onsite Technical Support specialist to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and recover WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems in Jember, Indonesia.

You will support LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, and device troubleshooting, ensuring SLA adherence and timely resolutions for incidents and service issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMK, preferably in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology.
• 1–2 years of experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router.
• Knowledge/experience in WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge/experience in CCTV systems (camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP camera, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting).
• Knowledge/experience in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display/information systems.
• Knowledge/experience in GPS, tracking, or Locotrack locomotive/train tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for WiFi infrastructure, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues for network connectivity, hardware, software, and device-related problems.
• Monitor operational condition and availability of WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems to ensure services run properly.
• Handle technical incidents and perform recovery actions per operational procedures and SLA.

• Have knowledge and experience in CCTV systems, including camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP Camera, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Have knowledge and/or experience in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display and information systems.
• Have knowledge and/or experience in handling GPS, tracking, or vehicle monitoring systems, preferably related to Locotrack or locomotive/train tracking systems.
