Job summary

Lintasarta in Indonesia is seeking an onsite Technical Support specialist to perform monitoring, inspection, and preventive and corrective maintenance for WiFi infrastructure, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems.

You will troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues, monitor service availability, and respond to incidents in line with SLA to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education (SMK), preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems.
• Have basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router.
• Have knowledge and experience in handling WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Have knowledge and experience in CCTV systems, including camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP Camera, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Have knowledge and/or experience in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display and information systems.
• Have knowledge and/or experience in handling GPS, tracking, or vehicle monitoring systems, preferably related to Locotrack or locomotive/train tracking systems.
• Able to respond to incidents and provide timely technical support in accordance with the applicable SLA.
