Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an on-site Technical Support specialist to maintain WiFi, CCTV, PIDS, and Locotrack systems. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure service availability.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and related electronic systems, with knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and IP addressing. Indonesian location: Semarang area.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMK, preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology.
• 1-2 years of experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router.
• Knowledge and experience in handling WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience in CCTV systems, including camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP Camera, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display and information systems.
• Knowledge and/or experience in GPS, tracking, or vehicle monitoring systems, preferably related to Locotrack or locomotive/train tracking systems.

Responsibilities
