Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an on-site Technical Support specialist to monitor and maintain WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems at client sites. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring SLA adherence, and rapid incident recovery.

The ideal candidate has SMK-level education in related fields and 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or electronic systems, with knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and CCTV/NVR/DVR setups.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMK, preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems.
• Have basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router.
• Have knowledge and experience in handling WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Have knowledge and/or experience in CCTV systems, including camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP Camera, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Have knowledge and/or experience in handling GPS, tracking, or vehicle monitoring systems, preferably related to Locotrack or locomotive/train tracking systems.
• Able to respond to incidents and provide timely technical support in accordance with the applicable SLA.
