Job summary

Astro Holdings Berhad in Jakarta seeks a Senior Process Improvement Lead to identify and streamline end-to-end business processes, with a focus on payment and campaign workflows. You will design, implement, and govern scalable processes that drive efficiency and consistency across teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop SOPs and process flows, and use data analytics (SQL) to identify root causes and measure impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in BPM, Process Excellence, Operations Strategy, or related roles.
Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop SOPs, process flows, and governance.
Comfortable with SQL for data analysis.
Strong business acumen and ownership of operational outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Candidates should be able to translate business needs into repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

Identify and improve recurring process pain points, especially across payment and campaign processes.
Design and implement end-to-end processes for new business models and initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process implementation and operational readiness.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process flows, and guidelines.
Monitor process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
