FIT HUB in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an Operations Excellence Associate (Leads Management/Sales) to join the Sales & Operational Excellence team. You will lead projects that improve leads conversion and frontliner productivity, and work with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
Minimum 4 years experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or Data.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, data-driven.
Experience in end-to-end initiatives from ideation to ramp-up.
Proficiency in SQL or Python preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvements, specifically on improving sales and conversion rates.
Establish the development and execution of procedures, standards and initiatives for the operational process.
Lead project and initiatives that result in better leads conversion and frontliner productivity.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects or initiatives.
