Job summary

ASTRO is Indonesia's quick commerce company delivering groceries and essentials to your door within 15 minutes. We are seeking a Lead Business Process Improvement to drive end-to-end process improvements and build scalable processes for new business initiatives in Jakarta.

You will work cross-functionally to solve recurring operational pain points, strengthen process governance, and ensure new initiatives are operationally ready.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BPI, Process Excellence, Operations Strategy, or related roles.
• Experience designing, improving, and implementing end-to-end business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management.
• Strong SOPs, process flows, guidelines, and governance development.
• Strong data analytics skills; SQL is a plus.
• Business acumen with ownership and focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Design and implement end-to-end processes for new business models and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process implementation and operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process flows, and guidelines.
• Monitor process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Process Excellence, Operations Strategy, or related roles.
• Proven experience in designing, improving, and implementing end-to-end business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate data into actionable solutions.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, and driving process implementation.
• Strong capability in developing SOPs, process flows, guidelines, and process governance.
• Strong data analytics skills; experience with SQL is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ownership, with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
