Job summary

PT Lesso New Energy is seeking a sales professional responsible for end-to-end management of the sales cycle in Batam. You will prospect, analyse needs, propose solutions, and close deals while ensuring timely payment collection.

Strong communication will help you convey product value and build lasting customer relationships. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, electronics, or building materials, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the complete sales process from prospecting, needs analysis, and solution recommendation to contract signing and payment collection.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and value clearly to customers.
