Job summary

PT Lesso New Energy in Indonesia is seeking a results-driven sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in related industries. You will drive new business, develop relationships, and close deals by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable component solutions in solar and energy sectors.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Mandarin or English proficiency is an advantage in engaging with diverse customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar panels, electronic components, building materials, or related industries.
• Good understanding of component products and industrial needs of target customers, especially in manufacturing and new energy sectors.
• Strong ability in customer development, negotiation, and deal closing; oversee full sales process from prospecting to payment collection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey product features, benefits, and value.
• Proactive in identifying customer needs and building long-term relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and meet assigned sales targets.
• Language skills: Mandarin or English advantageous.
