Job summary

PT Bahana Andalan Pasti, a leading industrial solutions provider in Indonesia, is seeking an Import Customs Officer to lead daily clearance operations from our Central Jakarta office.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of import or customs clearance experience. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and authorities to ensure efficient, compliant shipments and meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in import operations or customs clearance.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian import regulations and clearance flows.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import customs clearance from document prep to cargo release.
• Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, B/L/AWB, and permits.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and authorities for smooth clearance.
• Verify HS codes, duties, and taxes; monitor shipments daily.
• Maintain organized records and prepare regular import activity reports.
