Job summary

Bahteraadijaya is seeking an Impex Officer to handle export and import activities in Indonesia. You will communicate with forwarders and shippers to prepare shipping documents for customs clearance and coordinate PIB payments with Customs.

You will work closely with the warehouse and purchasing/trade teams to ensure goods arrival, and you will resolve any issues with Customs-related container arrivals. The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in any major and a minimum of 1 year of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Impex Officer or Impex Admin.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out export & import activities in accordance with regulations.
• Communicate with forwarders/shippers regarding shipping documents for the clearance process.
• Coordinate with Customs on PIB (Import Declaration) payment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing/trade officer regarding goods arrival.
• Coordinate with Customs if container arrival encounters issues.
