Job summary

Kraft Heinz Indonesia seeks an experienced HR & General Affairs professional to lead end-to-end HR and GA operations at the Karawang Plant. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, engagement, offboarding, facilities, compliance, budgeting, and asset services across the plant area.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR/IR, strong labor-law knowledge, and ability to manage third-party vendors and a diverse workforce in a manufacturing setting. Based at the Karawang Plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology/HR/Law).
• 2–4 years in Employee/Industrial Relations or HR roles.
• Experience with third-party management and labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and internal regulations.

Job Description Summary:

Manage end-to-end HR and General Affairs operations for the Karawang Plant, including hiring, onboarding, capability development, engagement, and offboarding, while overseeing facilities, regulatory compliance, budget and payment processes, GA services, vendor and contract management, and end-to-end asset and workplace services across the plant area.

Job Description Details:

• Manage end-to-end (E2E) people processes (hiring, onboarding, capability improvement, offboarding). Employee coverage: third‑party labour supporting Karawang plant across all departments. Headcount: ~400 on average. Total managed budget: IDR 25M annually.
• Monitor and manage general facilities (canteen, locker rooms, parking, sports field, music & gym, training room, supplemental meals, office supplies) to ensure fulfilment of management requirements and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
• Support implementation of engagement activities to maintain and improve employee satisfaction.
• Ensure plant facilities compliance, including PBB, IMB, and third‑party worker registration.
• Supervise budget management and payment processes for supplemental meals, utilities (water, electricity, gas), third‑party labour costs, and compliance‑related fees.
• Supervise GA taskforce (drivers, receptionists, cleaners and gardeners, helpers, security) covering a total area of 19 acres.
• Oversee asset management for the perimeter and conduct full E2E service coverage supporting asset services (workplace infrastructure, reception, housekeeping, signage). Full E2E includes maintaining vendor relationships, contract management, ensuring timely payments, performance monitoring, handling escalations/complaints on behalf of the company, and creating, developing, and implementing related work systems, procurement procedures, and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations.
• Experience in 3rd party management.
• Strong understanding of labor law, company regulations, and employee relations practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with employees, union representatives, and management.
• Able to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and HR administration processes.
• Willing to be based in Karawang Plant.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
