Job summary

Kraft Heinz Indonesia seeks an experienced HR & General Affairs professional to lead end-to-end HR and GA operations at the Karawang Plant. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, engagement, offboarding, facilities, compliance, budgeting, and asset services across the plant area.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR/IR, strong labor-law knowledge, and ability to manage third-party vendors and a diverse workforce in a manufacturing setting. Based at the Karawang Plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology/HR/Law).
• 2–4 years in Employee/Industrial Relations or HR roles.
• Experience with third-party management and labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and internal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR and GA operations for the Karawang Plant.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
• Supervise facilities, regulatory compliance, and budget handling.
• Coordinate GA services, vendor/contract management, and asset care.
• Collaborate with employees, unions, and management on issues.
