Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, seeks a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience across our electronics range in Indonesia. You will guide the store team, manage inventory, and ensure visual standards while driving sales.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business or Retail Management, have 2–3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision, and are ready to work in shifts including weekends and holidays

As a Store Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the front line, overseeing daily store operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will guide the store team, maintain our visual standards, and drive sales, acting as the crucial link between our staff and management. Qualification
