Blibli is expanding its distribution of electronic products across Indonesia, with a focus on Palembang. As a Sell Out specialist, you will drive performance through promoter management, retail execution, and sales growth initiatives across assigned stores.

You will collaborate with store partners, trainers, and executives to maximize sales, improve in-store visibility, and uphold retail standards while reporting on sales performance and insights for business improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably Business or Marketing.
• At least 2 years in retail sales; experience leading promoters or sales teams is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or similar retail industries.
• Previous experience as a Trainer, Sales Trainer, or involvement in coaching and developing sales teams/promoters is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and in-store sales execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other sales reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel regularly and possess a valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Drive sell-out achievement across assigned stores by managing promoters, optimizing store execution, and implementing effective sales strategies
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, promoter productivity, and in-house share, while providing actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying opportunities and challenges to improve store and promoter productivity.
• Execute sales-driving initiatives such as promotions, bundling programs, in-store activations, and visibility enhancement activities to support sell-out and market share growth.
• Analyze store performance, stock availability, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and develop action plans.
• Coach and develop promoters through performance monitoring, product knowledge reinforcement, and on-the-job sales skills training.
• Ensure stores maintain company standards, including product displays, POSM implementation, pricing accuracy, merchandising quality, and overall store appearance.
• Conduct regular promoter evaluations and grading to ensure high standards of productivity, discipline, and customer engagement.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, promoter productivity, and in-house share, while providing actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
