Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide to deliver trusted electronics with exceptional service. We are seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, guide the team, maintain visual standards, and drive sales while ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, inventory control, merchandising, staff coaching, and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably electronics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; able to coach and motivate team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Act as the primary on-floor contact to ensure operational excellence and a positive team environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure store compliance with all operational procedures and brand standards.
