Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, invites you to join as Store Supervisor in Meruyung. You’ll lead the store team, manage daily operations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will coach staff, maintain visuals, drive sales targets, handle inventory, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with management. You will guide the team, motivate performance, and ensure smooth operations during shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
