Job summary

CHANGHONG INDONESIA is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in the Solo and Yogyakarta markets. You will manage both sell-in and sell-out activities, ensuring distribution and performance align with targets while expanding market coverage.

You will conduct regular customer visits to electronics stores, distributors, and dealers, build strong relationships, and present promotional programs tailored to local market needs. A vehicle and driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably electronics/home appliance.
• Experience handling both sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Must own a personal vehicle with valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in Solo & Yogyakarta area.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out activities to meet targets.
• Visit electronics stores, distributors, dealers, and potential outlets.
• Develop new customers and expand market coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships to grow sales.
• Present products and promotions according to market needs.
• Negotiate prices, follow up, and close deals.
• Monitor stock movement, sell-out, and availability at outlets.
• Prepare regular sales reports on performance and pipeline.
• Be willing to be placed in Solo & Yogyakarta and travel for visits.
