PT Changhong Electric Indonesia in Pontianak seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to grow electronics distribution. You will drive sell-in and sell-out, visit retailers, and expand market coverage in the Pontianak area.

Responsibilities include presenting products and promotions, negotiating prices, tracking stock and sales pipeline, and reporting performance to the supervisor. A diploma or degree and 2–3 years in electronics sales are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
• Experience handling both sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution channels, and market development.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and incentive-based systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Own a personal vehicle and a valid driving license.
• Willing to be placed and work in Pontianak.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets in the Pontianak area.
• Drive and manage both sell-in and sell-out activities to ensure product distribution and sales performance.
• Conduct regular visits to customers including electronics stores, distributors, dealers, and potential outlets.
• Develop new customers and expand market coverage within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support sales growth.
• Present and promote products, sales programs, and promotions according to customer needs.
• Conduct price negotiations, follow-ups, and closing with customers.
• Monitor product availability, stock movement, and sell-out performance at customer level.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market conditions in Pontianak.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline to the supervisor.
