Job summary

PT Yong Ma Electronics in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth across traditional, modern and online markets. You will lead the sales team, develop strategies, and coordinate with distributors and merchandisers to hit targets.

The role requires a minimum of six years in sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics, with strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills and a network in the industry. Fluency in English or Korean is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in home appliances, consumer electronics, retail or traditional market.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Fluency in Korean or English is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Selling electronics products to traditional, modern and online markets.
• Working together with Sales team to increase sales growth.
• Making an offer to secure new business and items.
• Handling product inventory (update/request stock).
• Analyze each opportunity in traditional, modern or online market development to support the business, promotion and pricing.
• Improve and manage the effectiveness of promotion programs.
• Responsible for market research and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain good relations with customers and merchandisers.
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
